The Petersfield Ups & Downs ride is aimed at the average cyclist as a fun ride. Riders of all abilities are welcome, from slightly unfit Round Tablers to elite club riders. This is not a race, it's about promoting health, raising money for good causes and having fun. The route will take you through some beautiful Hampshire countryside, which you can take in at your own pace. We will have refreshment stops along the route. Every rider who completes the course will receive a medal and our congratulations.
Rides
This year we offer three rides:
A challenging 30 mile and shorter 20 mile ride for adults and accompanied children over 10, taking you out through Oxenbourne, East and West Meon, Butser, Chalton and Buriton (similar route to last year’s Ups And Downs ride). Then we have a 5 mile ride for all the family on the paths and roads around Petersfield.
All rides start from and finish at Petersfield Town Square.
A map of the Round Table rides are below. The long route is shown in red, the 20 mile route in yellow. Click here for a clearer version of the map. (large file 1.1mb)

Teams
We are keen to get team entries from any charity or organisation that wants to raise funds for their own charitable cause. Download and complete the Team Entry Form and we will supply you with a team entry pack. As a team entry you will be responsible for coordinating your riders entries and sponsorship. All money raised by your riders goes direct to your charity. All team riders must sign an entry form declaration. As an incentive to get a team together, the team fee will be £10 to enter the actual team and then an additional £5 per rider.

Raising money for Clubs and Charities
Whether you ride as a team or individually, this is a great opportunity to raise money for your favourite club or charity. Simply get your friends to sponsor you, do the ride, we give you a medal and you collect the money and pay direct to your club or charity. Please let us know afterwards how much you raised!
We’re not setup for Gift Aid, but many people use the www.justgiving.com website which can accept online donations and handle all the Gift Aid for you too.
Prize Draw
Don’t forget to buy your Prize Draw tickets too. Prizes are still to be announced but look out for further details on your tickets. Sell your tickets and bring the money and stubs along to the Square on the 11th. The Draw will take place on Monday 12th July – who knows, it could be you! Please contact us if you require any raffle tickets to sell.
Prize Draw tickets will also be on sale on the day if you want one final chance!
